What we collect
To run your account, we collect the email address and name you sign up with, your company name, and the technician names and license numbers you add to track. That's it — we don't ask for Social Security numbers, dates of birth, or anything beyond what's needed to watch a license.
Where license data comes from
Every license status we show comes from public records published by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR) and the Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners (TSBPE). We mirror those records — we don't create or alter them.
How we use it
We use your data to run nightly license checks, send alert emails before something expires or changes, and send an optional weekly digest. We never sell your data, and we never share it with anyone for marketing. Full stop.
Who else touches your data
A few vendors help us run LicenseCrew: Railway hosts our app and database in the US, Resend delivers our emails, and Stripe processes payments. Each only sees what it needs to do its job — none of them can use your data for anything else.
Retention & deletion
We keep your data as long as your account is active. Want it gone? Email support@licensecrew.com and we'll delete your organization and everything tied to it.
Your choices
Remove a credential and its alerts stop — simple as that. You can ask us to delete your entire account at any time; see "Retention & deletion" above.
